Responsibilities: As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in our veterinary product portfolio. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy:
   • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence in the veterinary sector.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
   • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for veterinary products.
   • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
3. Relationship Building:
   • Cultivate strong relationships with veterinarians, clinics, and distributors.
   • Represent Le-Mantus at industry conferences and events.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
   • Provide guidance on product positioning and promotional activities.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

• 7 years of experience in veterinary sales and marketing.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills
